Our Children’s Ministry focuses on children that are infants through the 5^th grade.  Bible study, missions, music and fun are all exciting parts of this growing ministry.  Our children’s ministry staff looks forward to working with you!

The Well                     "The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life." John 4:14b

Children aged 4 through fifth grade meet at 9:30 AM every Sunday. At The Well, we use music, art projects, games and drama to explore Bible stories and understand Christian principles.     

S.P.R.O.U.T.S

First Baptist kids are Serving, Praying and Reaching Others Uniquely Through Service. This group meets on the 3^rd Sunday of every month during the morning worship service.  We focus on ministry to others through hands-on experiences.  The children and their leaders work together on a variety of mission oriented activities and learning experiences, including friendships with some of our  older members.

Children's Church

Children participate in the early part of the group worship service and are dismissed before the sermon to enjoy a special worship time planned especially for children 4 years old through second grade.

WOW
(Wonders of Worship) Children in grades three, four and five attend the early part of the group worship service and are dismissed before the sermon for a worship time designed just for them.

Children’s Choir          

First Baptist children’s choir meets on Wednesday evenings in 2 nine week sessions, during our Prime Time Wednesdays.  Their annual musical is always a special event!

Prime Time Wednesday

Wednesday evenings are an exciting time at First Baptist.  Children and their leaders meet for dinner in the Family Life Center at 5:00 ($1 donation accepted).  Programs range from games to crafts to music, and change every nine weeks throughout the year.

Nursery                           
Our littlest members are surrounded by God’s love from their very first moment in His house.  Infants and toddlers are lovingly cared for by caring and experienced adults in our newly remodeled nursery suite during worship and Sunday School programs.
