                                                                                                                                    Cost to you:  $80 (plus spending money)

                                                                                                                                                   (Church will pay the other half)

 

                                                                                                        Leave FBC’s  parking lot at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 12

                                        Return Sunday 12:00 p.m., June 15

 

TRANSPORTATION:     We’ll drive the church van and pull the trailer for luggage.  Wilmore, Kentucky is 202 miles from Evansville.

 

LODGING:  The group voted last year to stay at Asbury College this year.  Accommodations are 2 people to a dorm room, free breakfast on Friday and Saturday mornings, and shuttle service every 15 minutes to the festival.  Girls and guys are in separate buildings.  I THINK there is a pool available to us also. 

 

FOOD: Breakfast is free at the dorms, but the other meals will be on your own at the festival.  Be sure to bring spending money for concessions.  We will bring coolers with bottled water and other drinks.  You are welcome to bring your own snacks to keep in your room.

 

RESTROOMS:  While at the festival there are port-a-pots everywhere with some sinks and some hand sanitizer.  The dorm has shared restrooms and shower facilities.

 

PACKING:  Pack comfortable (shorts, jeans, t-shirts, etc.) clothes for the weekend, sturdy walking shoes, swim suit, sunscreen, rain jacket/umbrella, sunglasses, sheets or sleeping bags for twin beds, towels and toiletries.

 

·         All $20 deposits are in, but the remaining $60 per person is due by May 24, 2008.

 

·         Friends are welcome to join us, but need to get their own tickets and accommodations online or by phone.
