Music Ministries

 

     

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God."   Colossians 3.16 

Here at First Baptist Evansville, we consider music an integral part of worship, Christian education, and mission in the life of the church. We use the role of music to glorify the name of Jesus and spread His life, His love, and His message.

 

Sanctuary Choir  - This choir, consisting of high school age teens through senior adults, rehearses every Wednesday evening at 7:00.  The rehearsals are mostly music, with healthy doses of laughter, caring, and sharing.  

The Sanctuary Choir leads in the worship service every Sunday.
